​This competition is conducted by Shane King, Member for Kurwongbah.

• Eligibility

  • To enter, participants must be a resident of the Kurwongbah electorate.

  • Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Comply with all competition entry requirements outlined in the competition post.

• Competition Period

  • Entries open upon publication of the competition post and close at 5:00pm on Thursday, 25 June 2026.

  • Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

• Prizes

  • First Prize: Winter Warmer Hamper.

  • Runner-Up Prize: Mulled Wine Hamper.

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner and one runner-up will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

  • ​The winner and runner-up will be contacted via Email and announced publicly on the Shane King MP Facebook page.

• Privacy & Publicity

  • By entering this competition, participants agree that their name may be published on social media and other promotional materials associated with the announcement of the competition results.​

  • Only entries that meet all eligibility and entry requirements will be considered valid.
